Q What kind of package will be used for products?
A We have flexible packing ways according to diffierent products including following package menthod:
* Package with plastic protector of edge and corner
* Package with foam board
* Cardboard boxes
* Wooden crates acceptable.

Q Can I get samples? Can you help me with my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A 1) Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items, and have made OEM and ODM items for our customers. We can develop for you according to your idea or design drawing, also can give you professional suggestions to make your product better.
2) Sample time is about 7-15 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product. But, usually, we can refund when order confirm.

1) We have specialized QC department to control the quality, and we also accept the third official government to inspect the cargoes before delivery.
2) We have all detailed records for nonconformity products, then we will make summary according to these records, avoid it happen again.
